My name is James Boyd.

I believe there’s always an opportunity for a photo if you take the time to look.  

 

I find peace in nature and love capturing the world around me. As a combat veteran, photography calms my mind and provides a creative outlet. The deep sense of tranquility I experience while exploring and photographing the outdoors fuels my passion, and I love sharing it with others through my immersive workshops.
 

I’ve had the privilege of studying under and being mentored by some top-tier photographers. Through them, I’ve learned various techniques, honed my skills, and mastered the fundamentals, advancing in both photography and editing skills. I  have a deep-seated passion for teaching these techniques to photographers who want to unlock their potential behind the lens.

Based in Indiana, I’m available for hire locally, nationally, and internationally for photography education and workshops. I also offer fine art prints to bring nature into your home or office.
